The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:
- "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to Lone Wolf Coffee Co.
- "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- "Service" refers to the Website.
- "Website" refers to Lone Wolf Coffee Co., accessible from https://www.lonewolfcoffee.com/
- "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME:
The order to ship time is generally 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS & UPS Ground. Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have placed an order on the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
HAND PACKED and ROAST-TO-ORDER
One of our values comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet! This means the freshest coffee possible and that process takes time. But it’s worth the wait!
Our coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee to allow the flavor to fully set.
The result is coffee arriving to your doorstep right at the peak of flavor.
SHIPPING RATES:
We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders.
Orders outside the USA are subject to USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
Lone Wolf Coffee Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURNS POLICY:
Damaged Goods Upon Arrival
If there is an issue such as a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately for the next steps to rectify the situation. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Incorrect Product Received
All perishable items are non-returnable. Please make sure that you confirm your order details prior to checkout. If the error was made on our end (ex: we send you the wrong product) we will send you the correct product and you get to keep the incorrect product that was sent.
Non-Delivery for USA Address Destinations
If the item was never delivered to a USA address we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to select alternative carriers for shipments. Shipping charges are invoiced according to costs related to UPS, FedEx or USPS. All liability for loss passes to the customer once it leaves our warehouse; however, we will honor replacement goods for damaged shipments after the damaged item(s) have been returned to us.
Claims of non-delivery to USA addresses will be honored if no proof of delivery is offered by UPS or USPS, otherwise, the merchandise shall be deemed delivered. International shipments are not guaranteed and not refundable, regardless of package tracking information status, since many international deliveries are not scanned or held by customs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination before placing the order.
