International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the international shipping address and using USPS international rates.  We do not offer any international shipping through other carries at this time.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view shipping status anytime.

We want you to love every cup. If you’re not completely happy with your first bag, just send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Returns must include your order details and be shipped at your expense. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Our Error: 

If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.

Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:

If there is an issue such as a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately for the next steps to rectify the situation. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours. 

Your Error: 

If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.
