Each bag weighs 12oz (340g) - whether bean or ground!

One of our values comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet! This means the freshest coffee possible and that process takes time.

But it’s worth the wait!

 

The order processing time is generally 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS & UPS Ground. Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have placed an order on the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We use the Swiss Water® Process method of removing caffeine from unroasted coffee beans.

 

This process results in no chemical residue, so you don't have to worry about extra ingredients being added or replaced by your favorite brew.

 

It also ensures only caffeine is removed to keep the original quality of the beans intact.

An airtight container that is NOT clear. Place it in a cool, dry place like your pantry.

 

You want your coffee beans or grounds to be away from light, heat, and moisture.

 

Storing it in an airtight container, ground coffee and beans can last 6 months in the pantry.

We do ship Internationally. International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the international shipping address and using USPS international rates.  We do not offer any international shipping through other carries at this time.

Yes we use only 100% biodegradable and compostable bags. Even the labels are compostable so you don’t have to tear them off first. And all the shipping packaging are 100% recyclable.

Questions About Our Coffee

This means the freshest coffee possible and that process takes time. But it’s worth the wait!

 

Our coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee to allow the flavor to fully set.

 

The result is coffee arriving to your doorstep right at the peak of flavor.

You'll notice that our coffee isn't vacuum sealed. And the reason why is because you don't need it as we roast your coffee on order.

 

A vacuum seal is only needed when buying coffee off the grocery store shelf where the coffee has been sitting for weeks if not months!

 

Our bags that contain a one-way valve allowing the coffee to de-gas while minimizing oxidative degradation! As the coffee you order from us is roasted to order, you're getting the freshest coffee possible! And not coffee that has been roasted 30+ days ago!

Yes, our coffee is gluten free including our flavored coffee!

Yes. BUT make sure that they are in a vacuum sealed bag. This can make the coffee last indefinitely if it’s truly in an air tight container.  If you are only storing for a short amount of time, there is no need to freeze the coffee.


Let coffee thaw for an hour after you pull it out of the freezer.

No. Coffee grounds will act like baking soda and absorb odors from your fridge which will change the taste profile.

During the process of harvesting and producing our coffee, the coffee is harvested with responsibility, in ethical and sustainable ways.

 

This means that products are ensured to have little or no significant negative impact on society, the workers and the environment.

Here's how it works:


Return the unused portion of your product, and the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up). We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid. 


It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: We must receive the bag(s) within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid. 


The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent. 


We offer our money back guarantee on your first order of any of our coffees. 


Last but not least, empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We can't refund 6 months’ worth of empty product containers after 1 month. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too. 


It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).

Our Error: 

If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense. 


Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:

If there is an issue such as a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately for the next steps to rectify the situation. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours. 


Your Error: 

If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.
