  • How much coffee is in a bag?

    Each bag contains 12 ounces (340 grams) of freshly roasted specialty-grade coffee. Every batch is roasted after you order to ensure peak freshness and flavor.

  • When can I expect my order?

    Your coffee is roasted and shipped within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. customers receive their order within 3–5 business days, depending on location.

  • Is your coffee really roasted after I order?

    Yes. Every single order is roasted only after you order. We never warehouse old stock, which means you always receive coffee that’s vibrant, smooth, and full of flavor.

  • Do you offer decaf?

    Absolutely. Our Half Moon Decaf uses the Swiss Water Process. It is 100% chemical-free method that preserves flavor and aroma while removing caffeine naturally.

  • What grind should I choose?

    Here's our recommendations:


    • Whole Bean: For grinding fresh at home.

    • Drip Ground: Great for most standard coffee makers.

    • Coarse Ground: Ideal for French press or cold brew.


    If you're unsure, go with drip ground, it’s the most versatile option.

  • Can I brew your coffee as espresso?

    Yes! Our Lunar Eclipse Espresso is crafted for a rich, bold shot, but any of our whole bean coffees can be dialed in for espresso brewing with the right grind.

  • What makes your coffee low-acid or stomach-friendly?

    We select naturally low-acid beans and roast them slowly to reduce harsh compounds. The result is a smooth, balanced cup that’s easy on your stomach, without sacrificing depth or flavor.

  • Where do your beans come from?

    We source from trusted farms around the world, focusing on clean growing practices, traceable origins, and exceptional flavor. Regions include Central and South America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

  • Are your coffees organic?

    Several of our offerings are grown using organic and sustainable methods, but we don’t claim USDA certification. We prioritize transparency and quality over formal labeling.

  • What roast levels do you offer?

    Our lineup ranges from medium roasts like Moonbean to bold dark roasts like Lunar Eclipse Espresso. Each roast is crafted to highlight the bean’s character without bitterness.

  • Why does Lone Wolf Coffee taste smoother than others?

    It comes down to freshness, precision, and craft. We use only specialty-grade beans and roast after your order. No mass production, no shortcuts, just coffee done right.

  • Do you practice ethical sourcing?

    Yes. We partner with responsible farms and cooperatives to uphold fair wages and sustainable practices. Every coffee we offer is chosen for both its quality and its integrity.

  • What does Specialty Grade mean?

    It means the coffee meets the highest industry standard. Scoring 80+ points on the Specialty Coffee Association scale for taste, superior quality, aroma, and consistency. Only 4% of all coffee beans in the world make this grade.

  • Is your packaging eco-friendly?

    Yes. Our compostable coffee bags help reduce waste while maintaining freshness. Plus, all shipping materials are recyclable.

  • How do you support sustainability long-term?

    We continuously refine how we source, roast, and ship. Keeping our footprint light while supporting farms that value the planet as much as we do.

Questions About Our Shipping & Returns

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Shipping is free anywhere in the USA. No minimums or hidden costs.

     

    International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the international shipping address and using USPS international rates.  We do not offer any international shipping through other carries at this time.

  • How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view shipping status anytime.

  • What is your return policy?

    Nothing makes us happier than hearing how much our customers love our coffee.

     

    We're confident you'll also agree we have the best freshly roasted specialty coffee beans. Try a bag of Lone Wolf Coffee for 30 days, and if you don't love it (we can’t see why you won’t), we'll give you your money back. No questions asked.


    Here's how it works:


    Return the unused portion of your product, and the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up). We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid. 


    It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: We must receive the bag(s) within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid. 


    The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent. 


    We offer our money back guarantee on your first order of any of our coffees. 


    Last but not least, empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We can't refund 6 months’ worth of empty product containers after 1 month. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too. 


    It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).

  • What is your policy on shipping charges for returns?

    Our Error: 

    If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.


    Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:

    If there is an issue such as a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately for the next steps to rectify the situation. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours. 


    Your Error: 

    If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.

  • What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund your order immediately. We stand behind every bag we roast.
