From the Highlands of Peru
Half Moon Decaf is born in the misty Amazonas region of Northern Peru, where cool mountain air and rich volcanic soil shape coffee of exceptional clarity and smoothness.
Here, members of the JUMARP Cooperative — 189 smallholder farmers, including 40 women producers, cultivate coffee using traditional, chemical-free methods passed down through generations.
Hand-picked at 5,250–5,900 feet, each bean is carefully washed and then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, preserving its natural flavor integrity and gentle aroma.
The result; a smooth, medium-bodied cup with subtle notes of chocolate, lemon, and herbs. Calm, comforting, and crafted for those who savor coffee’s softer side.
